Statkraft and The Port Graham Corporation Announce Carbon Credit Partnership
Statkraft US LLC (“Statkraft”) and The Port Graham Corporation (“Port Graham”) announced an agreement on the offtake and commercialization of California Air Resources Board (CARB)-eligible carbon offsets generated from Port Graham’s forestry assets.
Under the agreement, Statkraft will offtake the carbon credits generated by Port Graham’s project portfolio. The structure is designed to provide Port Graham with greater revenue certainty and support near-term project development through an upfront capital component tied to future credit deliveries.
The agreement establishes a long-term commercial partnership between Statkraft and Port Graham, aligning both organizations around the successful generation, delivery, and commercialization of carbon credits. The framework also supports future collaboration, creating a pathway to incorporate additional projects as Port Graham’s portfolio continues to expand.

About The Port Graham Corporation
Port Graham Corporation (PGC) is an Alaska Native Corporation established under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971. It represents the Sugpiag people of Port Graham, a village on the southern tip of the Kenai Peninsula. PGC owns significant landholdings near the village and within Kenai Fjords National Park in Prince William Sound.
